Our national network of technicians ensures the highest standards in the industry. Our partnerships with US affiliates allows us to service international clients. Coxcom uses an intranet site to promote the sharing of knowledge and experience among our technician community.

Experienced Project Management
Whether you need to install connectivity for Satellite, DSL, new point-of-sale, Digital Signage Network or stand alone systems at thousands of locations or at remote locations, nationwide, Coxcom can manage the project. Our experienced project managers will assemble a qualified team of technicians, field managers, resource managers and project support personnel dedicated to the success of your project, supply you with the hardware and software requirements and design and customization specialists; a team that will finish your job on time, per specifications and on budget.  Exceeding your service expectations is our niche in this industry.  We will keep you regularly up-to-date on the status of your project and will quickly respond to any concerns after completion.


In-House Staging
Our Milton, Ontario Headquarters features 20,000 square feet or warehouse and shipping space that allows us to store, stage, kit, and distribute client equipment. The centralised control of these functions helps to eliminate on-site delays and revisits. We have all your parts and pieces shipped directly to our warehouses. Then our team of resource managers tests all components to ensure proper functioning, packages together all parts for shipment to a specific location, double checks that the complete inventory is enclosed and ships it as a complete bundle to the site at the optimum time.  This eliminates rollout delays due to malfunctioning equipment, missing parts or shipment holdups.


Hot-Swap Capabilities
We have the ability to store spares in our warehouses so that we are ready to go on site and swap equipment.  This eliminates lengthy service calls due to equipment failure and minimizes network down-time.  Warehousing space for hot swaps is available nationally.


On-Site Service Calls
On-site service is available across Canada with varying response times and service levels as determined through consultation with our Clients. The wide range of technology networks that we service demand a flexible approach to service levels.


Customized Maintenance and Service Agreements
We will customize a per call or monthly maintenance agreement that can include logistics, warehousing of spares, tracking inventory, swap out any hardware covered by the agreement, quarterly maintenance and cleaning.  The service level can cover 24x7, 18x7, 12x7 or 9x5 with response times varying from 4hrs to next business day depending on your needs.

Coxcom Inc. will provide services at the system site by trained personnel within the stated response time. A technician will be dispatched to site when an authorized agent contacts Coxcom with an open ticket. Coxcom Inc. will be accessible from 8:00am to 5:30pm EST at 1-877-474-9444 or 905-876-7696. After 5:30pm EST a message can be left or page the number on the voice mail for immediate response. Within one hour of receipt of the phone call opening a ticket; Coxcom Inc will call back with an ETA.

We are not restricted to any one form of connectivity, content solution or project size.  We adapt to your needs.

Warranty
Coxcom warranties the installation for a period of One Year. This warranty covers all of Coxcom’s services and equipment, but does not cover hardware failures, weather conditions and vandalism.
